MEET THE DOCTOR
Tom G. de Bruin, DDS
Dr. de Bruin was born and raised in Livermore, California, and is second-generation dentist.
He received his undergraduate degree from CSU Sacramento, receiving a BS in biology and
chemistry. Dr. de Bruin is a graduate of the highly regarded DDS program at the University
of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. Dr. de Bruin has also received advanced
training at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), with a concentration
on cosmetic dentistry and the treatment of myofacial pain and related disorders. He is one of
the few dentists in the Reno/Tahoe area with this select area of training.
Dr. de Bruin enjoys spending time with his wife Tricia, and their three children in the beautiful
Reno/Tahoe area. They are active outdoor enthusiasts, participating in watersports, mountain
biking, snowboarding and beach volleyball.
